“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be My witnesses…”
— Acts 1:8
At the heart of every KIMSAN outreach, program, and prayer meeting lies one undeniable truth: we’re better together.
Whether it’s in the streets of Molo, the hills of Migori, or the towns of Lubumbashi, one thing has become clear — when local churches unite in mission, transformation isn’t just possible, it’s inevitable.
In 2024, Missions and Church Partnership became the lifeblood of KIMSAN’s most impactful work, proving that collaboration is the catalyst for revival, healing, and lasting discipleship.
This is KIMSAN’s strategic ministry department dedicated to:
Mobilizing local churches
Equipping pastors and believers
Hosting evangelism and discipleship summits
Coordinating inter-church outreach programs
Creating sustainable community impact through Gospel-centered action
We don’t just “do missions.” We build kingdom partnerships — rooted in Acts 1:8 and Matthew 28:19 — to ensure that the Gospel goes deep, wide, and far beyond denominational walls.
In many regions across Kenya, Uganda, and DRC, churches work in isolation — often underfunded, under-trained, or overwhelmed. KIMSAN steps in to:
Equip them for evangelism
Provide resources, training, and structure
Foster a culture of unity and strategic mission
Build bridges between churches, pastors, and regional leaders
The result?
Revived congregations, stronger pastors, and a ripple effect of spiritual and social impact.
Perhaps the most powerful example of church partnership in action was Migori Mission 2024. This wasn’t just another outreach. It was a movement—one that spanned months, six sub-counties, and over 50 churches.
50+ churches united across denominations (Anglican, Pentecostal, Baptist, Independent)
Evangelism & Discipleship Summit with 350+ church leaders trained
Door-to-door evangelism, open-air crusades, and medical missions
Over 30,000 people reached, and 1,200+ salvations recorded
New believers immediately connected to local churches for discipleship
One local bishop described it best:
“This was not just a mission—it was a family reunion of the Body of Christ.”
The success of our partnerships comes down to structure, strategy, and Spirit-led vision.
KIMSAN provides:
Pre-mission outreach trainings
Pastoral summits focused on topics like leadership burnout, discipleship strategy, conflict resolution, and outreach planning
Commissioning services and follow-up mentorship groups for sustainability
We don’t import ministry. We empower local leaders to lead the charge, while KIMSAN facilitates logistics, training, and coordination.
“The town-to-town outreaches and school visits built a new level of trust between churches and the community.” – Bishop Joshua Kangie
“Our youth saw that evangelism isn’t just for pastors. Now they want to lead missions themselves.” – Youth Leader, Kuria West
Because of Missions and Church Partnership:
Congregations are growing — not just in number, but in depth
Pastors are re-energized and supported
Communities are served with holistic programs (medical camps, food distribution, discipleship)
Young people are rising as evangelists and missioners
Church unity is stronger than ever before
This is more than missions—it’s movement building.
