In April 2026, KIMSAN teams gathered for orientation as preparation continued for the Vihiga Mission. The public updates describe a practical moment of bringing departments together around roles, responsibilities, communication flow, expectations, and timelines.

A mission depends on more than what happens in front of the congregation. It also requires people to understand their responsibilities, communicate clearly, and serve as one body. Orientation gives that shared work a beginning.

Many roles, one calling

Hospitality, counselling, ushering, communication, praise and worship, publicity, youth participation, and logistical care each contribute to a welcoming and orderly ministry environment. When these responsibilities are carried faithfully, people are better able to receive care, hear the Word, and participate meaningfully.
